Privacy policy
Scope and contact
This policy describes the Bindery Index website at coralith.win and correspondence sent to [email protected]. It does not govern external websites reached through our references. If you have a question about this policy or a privacy request, use that address and describe the issue without including unnecessary sensitive information.
Information provided by you
Reading the current website does not require registration. It has no contact form, comments, subscription form, checkout, or user account. If you email us, your email provider and the receiving email service process the message. Correspondence may include your address, name, message contents, attachments, and information you choose to provide.
Correspondence is used to handle the inquiry, investigate corrections or technical problems, address rights and privacy requests, and keep relevant records. Please send only information needed for that purpose. We do not offer visitor information for sale.
Technical information and hosting
A website host or delivery service may process request information such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, browser information, and security events. Processing and retention depend on the service and configuration used to serve the website. We do not have access to every record held independently by a visitor's network, browser provider, or email provider.
The current website code does not integrate an analytics tracker or advertising script and does not set application cookies or use browser local storage. External references are links rather than embedded third-party media. These statements describe this version of the website, not the practices of a third-party destination or an extension installed in your browser.
Fonts delivered by Google
Pages request web fonts from Google Fonts, using Google font stylesheet and font-file servers. Your browser sends network information, such as its IP address and request headers, when it retrieves those resources. This is separate from advertising or analytics integration. See Google's Privacy Policy for information about Google's processing.
Google advertising and your choices
Google advertising is not integrated into the current website version. If Google advertising services are introduced, this policy and any required consent controls must reflect the services actually used. On sites using those services, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies for advertising and measurement, subject to applicable settings and consent requirements.
To turn off Google ad personalization, visit Google My Ad Center: turn off personalized ads. Google may ask you to sign in. This setting does not remove all ads or stop all processing for purposes such as measurement or fraud prevention.
For Google's explanation of information received from participating websites and apps, read How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. This is an information link, not a second personalization opt-out control. Browser cookie controls and any site-specific consent choices are separate from Google account settings.
Purpose and legal grounds
The information needed to answer a message differs from information processed to deliver a web page. Website delivery, troubleshooting, and protection against misuse may involve an operational interest in keeping the service available. Correspondence is processed to address the request you initiate; records may also be needed to meet an applicable legal obligation or resolve a dispute.
Where a law requires a legal basis for processing, the basis depends on that activity and the circumstances. Consent will be requested where required for an optional feature. Reading this policy or visiting a page is not treated as blanket consent to optional tracking, and a future feature is not authorized merely because this policy mentions it.
Cookies and browser controls
Cookies are small records a service can store in a browser; other technologies can also retain information or send requests. This website currently has no login session, personalization store, or integrated analytics or advertising cookies in its application code. A hosting or security service may operate independently, and external font requests are described above.
Your browser lets you inspect, clear, and restrict site data. Those controls do not delete correspondence from an email service, remove records held by a hosting provider, or change Google account advertising settings. If new tracking is introduced, the website's notices and any required consent mechanism must describe the actual feature and the choices available.
Sharing and retention
Service providers involved in hosting, security, and email may process information needed to provide those services. Information may also need to be retained or disclosed to respond to a valid legal obligation or protect the website against abuse. Provider locations and processing arrangements can differ; this policy does not promise that all processing occurs in one country.
Correspondence is kept for the inquiry and related recordkeeping needs, including resolving disputes or complying with applicable requirements. No fixed deletion period is promised here. A request to delete a message will be considered alongside any legitimate need to retain a record. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your requests and external services
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection. Contact [email protected] with enough detail to identify the relevant correspondence or issue. We may need to clarify the request and verify that it relates to you. Rights and exceptions depend on the applicable circumstances; we do not promise identical procedures in every jurisdiction.
External websites and Google services have their own policies and controls. Requests about data held independently by those services should be directed to them. The site is intended for a general audience and does not invite children to submit personal information. If a child has sent information to this contact address, a parent or guardian can ask us to review the message.
Rights requests by location
Privacy rights depend on the law that applies to the organization, the processing, and the individual. Where applicable, European data-protection rights may include access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent for processing based on consent. Withdrawal does not undo processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Brazilian and Californian privacy laws also provide rights in applicable circumstances. These can include confirmation or information about processing, correction, deletion, and relevant controls over disclosure. California rights can include opting out of a covered sale or sharing and protection against discrimination for exercising covered rights. The current site does not integrate advertising technology that sells or shares visitor data for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Send requests to [email protected], describing the relevant interaction and the right you want to exercise. An authorized representative should identify that role; proportionate verification may be necessary. We will handle a valid request within the requirements that apply, including explaining relevant limitations or a permitted extension. We do not publish one universal deadline because scope, exceptions, and verification rules differ.
Complaints and further information
If our response does not resolve a privacy concern, you may be able to complain to the data-protection authority or regulator responsible for your location and circumstances. Contacting us does not remove that option. For general rights information, see the European Commission's information for individuals and the California Attorney General's CCPA guidance. These resources explain the law; linking to them does not assert that every provision applies to this website.
Changes to this policy
We will revise this page when relevant practices change and update its date. A future feature should not be inferred from a conditional description in this policy. Review the current page before submitting information or relying on a description of the website's services.
